Ciaran McArdle

Active board member. Ciaran owns his own construction company. He is an active member in the Tallaght community and has a big interest in humanitarian work. Ciaran also helps train the junior squad in Tallaght martial arts club. 

Austin O’Sullivan

Active board member. Head of People & Culture. Austin brings over thirty years’ experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sector to his role as Head of People & Culture. He has extensive experience in people management and employment law. Austin has a passion for creating a values-based workplace culture that supports the mission and vision of the organization. For the past twenty years Austin has held senior roles in the not for profit sector, most recently as Director of Resources at WALK. In this time he led the HR team to win CIPD awards in Building a Values Based Culture and Embedding a Culture of Workplace Well-being. As Head of People and Culture at Acquired Brain Injury Ireland, Austin is also responsible for ensuring that staff have access to the best learning and development opportunities, and that the organization’s learning and development strategy supports a quality, person centre service. Beyond the workplace, Austin has a keen interest in early education for children from disadvantaged communities and manages a local soccer team.

Sandy Gallagher

Active board member. Sandy comes from a Finance background and has worked in both accountancy practices and as an accountant in industry after graduating from IT Tallaght with an Honors Degree. Sandy believes in producing good quality work without unnecessary admin and believes it is important for all team members to understand what each other do. This always reduces duplicate tasks and results in higher quality reporting which is accessible by all team members. She has been active in her community through local community groups and festivals for the last 18years and worked as an on the ground volunteer for a homeless charity in the city centre for over two and a half years. She is passionate about access to mental health services as she has seen firsthand how mental health issues effect everyone equally but the ability to talk about them and get help is far from equal. Working with Sacred Space Holistic Centre is an absolute privilege for Sandy as their visions for healing are so well aligned and she is excited about this progressive approach to mental health services being made available to everyone.
